I am a coffee drinker from way back but, I have never really known much about coffee. I always thought I needed a really dark roast or a really strong brew to get the taste I wanted. On a whim I ordered the Ethiopian Harrar and HOLY COW! I am so hooked on it. It is a nice heavy coffee that isn't acidic and beckons you drink another cup, which I am now perking two pots in the morning because my husband loves it too. I have searched for over 40 years to find the perfect cup of coffee and this is it! What coffee should be (at least in my opinion). I would recommend this coffee to anyone who really enjoys coffee. I feel comfortable serving this to my guests as well. You just can't go wrong with this one.
